Brad Brisco has devoted more than two decades to the intersection of ecclesiology, place, and mission — a commitment born not in the seminar room but in the soil of real neighborhoods.

His writing and teaching emerge from a central conviction: that the church is not a destination people arrive at, but a sent people dispersed into every corner of ordinary life. Drawing on the theological tradition of missio Dei, Brad calls leaders to recover the church-in-motion — present, attentive, and incarnationally rooted in the neighborhoods where God is already at work.

As co-author of The Missional Quest and Next Door as It Is in Heaven with Lance Ford, Brad has helped congregations and planters recover missionary identity in ordinary neighborhoods. Subsequent works — including Covocational Church Planting and Missional Essentials — extend that conversation into multiplication strategy and whole-life discipleship.

Brad served as Director of Multiplication Strategies at Send Network (NAMB), co-founded Forge Kansas City and the Sentralized Conference, and has spent nearly two decades teaching missional theology, church planting, and theology of place — always with an eye toward what leaders can practice next week in their context.
